About
Formed in 2020, the Graduate Society of Women Engineers (GradSWE) is a community of master's and doctoral students dedicated to supporting, connecting, and empowering graduate engineers across the College of Engineering. Through professional development programs, mentorship opportunities, leadership experiences, outreach initiatives, and social events, GradSWE helps students build meaningful relationships while navigating the academic, professional, and personal challenges of graduate education.
